Colliers turned to Rose Agency for both strategic and tactical support of their real estate consulting services. Leasing space in new buildings required both marketplace analysis and lead generation. For each new building, Rose Agency provided a market study, a new website build, and a digital marketing campaign. Through coordinated efforts and constant refinement, Rose Agency achieved market penetration, lead generation, and, ultimately, tenants. Colliers is a Canada-based diversified professional services and investment management company that offers commercial real estate consulting services. As new buildings near completion and the leasing process begins, Rose Agency provided effective strategic and tactical support in branding and lead generation.

Strategy and Website Creation

Each new building has its own price points and category. RA used this information to identify the most likely renters. A unique brand concept was created for the building and a lead-generation website was constructed.

Digital Advertising, Lead Generation, and Refinement

Rose Agency targeted potential renters for the building through a robust digital advertising campaign, focused on PPC and Display across search and social media. Our lead collection strategy involved qualification forms which effectively segmented the leads. We then delivered this information to the property manager for processing. More than names, these are qualified leads.

Consultations with property managers were regular and ongoing. This helped us monitor the quality of our leads and adjust our advertising process accordingly. In short, we funneled our budget toward the channels that were yielding the best results for each particular building.

Converting the Website and Providing Long-Term Value

When a building was fully leased, Rose Agency converted the lead-generation website into a property management site, allowing the client to manage the process moving forward. By doing this, Rose Agency provided value to the client throughout all stages of the project.
